Delete your GigGo account

Deletion removes your profile, photos, posted jobs, and associated match and message records. Unused credits become unavailable. This cannot be undone.

We keep a receipt with hashed account identifiers and minimal payment references for reconciliation and fraud prevention. Stripe may retain financial records. Your ChatGPT account is separate and is not deleted.

Deletion begins as soon as you confirm. App data is normally removed during this request. Optional ID verification data can take up to four days to be erased by Stripe. Check this page for completion; contact support if it takes longer.
